Thailand has , quite rightly , a reputation as a prime scuba diving destination.
The clear waters of the Andaman Sea boast numerous reefs covered in carpets
of hard and soft coral and gorgonia fans. They are inhabited by huge schools
of fish and many species of invertebrates. In addition to all this there
is some splendid wreck- diving to be done as well.
Snorkeling is great but some of us want to go a little deeper.
Upon request of several of our regular clients we have created the possibility
to combine a bareboat sailing holiday with scuba diving.

Following Thai law we can not allow un-accompanied diving on our yachts. So we have created meet- and- dive packages : You leisurely cruise to the diving grounds of your choice , meet the diving operator who already knows your needs and preferences and dive with him, using his facilities . You benefit from his intimate knowledge of the area and he will be pleased to show you the finest dive sites.
Probably the two best diving areas on Thailands west coast
are the Similan Islands and the Phi Phi islands. We offer meet & dive
packages in both places.
The operators we have selected are among the most experienced in Phuket,
their safety record is faultless, their rental equipment top class . Diving
takes place along PADI standards. Qualified dive masters will thoroughly
brief you before the dive and , if desired, dive with you.You can bring
your own equipment minus tanks and weights or you can use rental equipment
provided by the operator.

an archipelago of nine un inhabited off shore islands plus a number of
outlying rocks and reefs, situated 55 miles NW of Phuket. The Similans
are Thailands most famous diving area with generally excellent visibility
and reefs rich in colour and fish life. There are some thirty dive sites
to choose from. Generally speaking the East side of the islands mostly
consists of gently sloping reefs with hard and soft coral whereas the
West side has steep reefs, mainly soft coral and also huge granite boulders
,overhangs and swimthroughs. Depth of the sites varies from 5 - 30 m+
( 15- 100ft). In the Similans we work with Scuba Cat , a floating diving
base built on a motorized barge which is permanently stationed in the
Archipelago. A minimum qualification of PADI open Water Diver or equivalent
is required for diving in the Similan Islands. There are no facilities
for beginners training.
A days diving consists of two dives with lunch in between.

Two islands with breathtaking scenery and splendid diving on the surrounding
reefs, situated 28 miles from Phuket.
Whilst the reefs surrounding the Phi Phi Islands are not all of the same
world class standard as those of the Similans, the variety of different
dives you can make is an attraction by itself. Besides reefs
there are caves, overhangs and a great wreck dive to choose from.
If some of your group would like to dive and others not, then in that
case Phi Phi is the obvious choice as in Phi Phi there is so much to see
and to do besides diving. In Phi Phi we work with Moskito Diving, the
longest established and probably the best appointed Diving Centre in Phi
Phi. They own two excellent day -dive boats which will take you to any
of the sites around Phi Phi and some further afield too.A days diving
in Phi Phi consists of two dives with lunch in between. Moskito Diving
also offers the PADI Open Water course for those who would like to become
certified divers. The course spans over 4 days, about 3 hours each day,
and the certificate is recognised world wide.
